By using FixAndTest ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the tools
The tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you use them, including choosing a safe volume level and following the instructions on each page.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Results are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional repair, calibration or medical advice. For example, a speaker cleaning tone may help remove water but cannot repair a damaged speaker, and a browser-based sound level reading is an estimate, not a calibrated measurement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixAndTest is not liable for any damage to your devices, hearing, data or property, or for any loss arising from the use of the site or its tools.
Hearing safety
Some tools play test tones. Start at a low volume, never play test tones at high volume through headphones or earbuds, and stop immediately if you feel discomfort.
Changes
We may update these terms or the tools at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
